When you place an order to purchase Tom Lee Products via this Site, your order represents your offer to Tom Lee Group to buy the Tom Lee Products stated in your order. Tom Lee Group may accept to sell to you all or part of the Tom Lee Products ordered by you. Goods or services not stated in Tom Lee Group¡¦s reply to you does not form part of your purchase contract.

The purchase of Tom Lee Products via this Site is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Payment and Delivery.

Severance

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People¡¦s Republic of China.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately terminate the use of this Site and the Content.
